Is your social media feed filled with everyone in shambles about this show called Paradise?! Well, if you’ve been wondering what all the hype is about, we’re here to tell you.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Starring Sterling K. Brown, James Marsden, and Julianne Nicholson, “Paradise” is set in a serene, wealthy community inhabited by some of the world's most prominent individuals. But this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs and a high stakes investigation unfolds.

From the synopsis and the trailer, it sounds like a procedural whodunit, right? Well… yes and no. That’s not all it is, Honeys. The number one reason why this show has the people talking is:

The “Who Killed The President?” Storyline is Thrilling, But the True Twist is a Ride!

As Creative Executive Kyle Alex Brett noted on X, “the hard part of properly marketing Paradise (2025) on Hulu must be that you sort of need to spoil the insane ending of the pilot episode to understand why this show is so unique and not just another secret service show.”

Hulu was clearly leaning on Sterling K. Brown’s starpower to draw in his fans and were hoping those fans spread enough word-of-mouth to spark everyone else’s curiosity. And I think it’s working! It has the real-time momentum similar to Scandal did in the original live-tweeting days on Twitter.

*record scratch*

Here is where I have to stop…so I’m hoping I left you off on a nice enticingly teasing cliffhanger where you’re starving for more!
